At Extreme Whitetail Properties all of the bucks that we use are DNA'd so if anyone wanted to start a breeding program with any of the stock we use they can DNA them back to the sire and possibly the Dam.  These aren't your average deer roaming out in the country.  These deer have been selectively bred for years just like a thoroughbred race horse.

Most people put up a high fence and start managing the deer that are within without adding any additional genetics.  Our concept is to either add bucks out of 200-300" sires, or add does Artificially Inseminated, or live covered to 200-300" sires.  With does being added you are usually going to get 2 fawns per year. I have had as high as 4 from one doe. By stocking like this you are adding a lot of great genetics to a piece of property that could probably never get there any other way.

Most of the time we would AI the doe and then back her up to a great buck, so great offspring are on the way. We can always negotiate a price to come back year after year and AI to keep bumping the genetics. If we are going to stock a property using 100 does bred to 50 different bucks we will have all their pictures for the land owner. All veterinarian work would be documented, and whom ever is buying the property would need to have someone there to see the release of these deer, so no questions are ever in their mind about getting what they have paid for. 

Every project will be different depending on the acreage or number of deer, even if the number of deer are the same the price could be different depending on genetics or what they are bred to. Some of these deer will have exceptional racks at an early age, so every land owner will need to educate themselves on ageing deer and scoring deer on the hoof. By educating themselves they will take the older deer and not an up and coming trophy or breeder. We at Extreme Whitetail Properties wish all of you a lifetime of successful hunts.
